Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practise also known as the Yoga of Awreness. It is dynamic yoga that has an impact all aspects of our physical, mental and spiritual being. It combines breath, physical exersices, meditation and mantras to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system, expand lung capacity and purify the blood. It promotes emotional balance and enhanced intuition so we can control ourselves rather than being controlled by our thoughts and feelings.

 

Kundalini Yoga is suitable for everyone who wants to promote a general sense of relaxation and well-being, eliminate negative habits, increase radiance and have a positive impact on others.

 

The benefits of Kundalini Yoga come from centuries-old yogic tradition.  It is a very complete science and deals with the physical body, the triad of body-mind-spirit and with the subtle energies of the body such as prana and the chakras.
